Can I purchase just one replay?
I can't hear anything on the event page. What should I do?
First, double check that your speakers are on and connected and not muted in way. Also check that you are tuning in at the correct time in your time zone. You may need to press the play button in the lower left corner of the blue video screen.
If that doesn’t work, we recommend clearing your browser cache, closing your browser and restarting your computer. If your browser is out of date, we recommend updating it before the event.
If you’re still having trouble connecting, email Support@GrowYourOwnVegetables.org and include your name, the device you’re trying to connect on and the browser you’re using. Please be sure to include what steps you have taken to try to connect.
How do I figure out what time the event begins in my city?
We are located in the ‘EDT’ time zone. Find your time zone using this Online Time Zone Converter.
I registered but I did not receive a welcome email.
If you use gmail, it’s possible that your welcome email ended up in your ‘promotions tab’. Please move this note into your inbox so that you will receive further communication from us. I purchased the Toolkit but do not know how to access it.

If you use gmail, it’s possible our email landed in your ‘promotions tab’. Be sure to move the note into your inbox so that you will receive further communication from us. If you use something other than gmail, check to see if our note is in your Spam folder. If I purchase the Toolkit Upgrade Package and want a refund, how does that work?
Our Toolkit has a 30-day guarantee. We don’t want you to have it if you’re not going to use it. Ask for a refund within 30 days at Support@GrowYourOwnVegetables.org. and we’ll return your money. No hassles.
